Lemon Tree Grounds a Rs 120 Cr Deal for Its 7th Mumbai Hotel

Fleur Hotels, a material subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, has acquired a 989.30 sq. mtr. land parcel near Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex along the Western Express Highway for Rs 120 crore. The land will house a 172-room upscale full-service hotel under the Lemon Tree Premier brand, tailored for business travelers and MICE events, marking the group's seventh property in Mumbai.

Additionally, Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a license agreement for a 90-room property in Patancheru, Telangana, which will be managed by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Carnation Hotels.
